3PM is a boutique management company founded by Patrick McDermott. Patrick has been working across many facets music industry since 2010. From 2013-2020, Patrick label managed Ghost Ramp - a record label that specialized in video game scores on vinyl. Ghost Ramp released the scores to Hollow Knight, Crpyt of the Necrodancer, Nuclear Throne and many more.

Patrick began managing C418, the original composer of the best selling video game of all-time Minecraft, in 2016.

Patrick is the studio director of Ivy Road, which released the critically acclaimed video game ‘Wanderstop’ on March 11th 2025.

Patrick makes music as North Americans via Third Man Records.
